Recipients
Your data is reserved for the AIIA team. It may be entrusted to technical service providers acting on our behalf: website hosting, sending emails, meeting booking calendar (Calendly), audience measurement. It is never sold.
To be checked: exact list of service providers and any transfers outside the European Union, with their safeguards
Retention periods
To be validated: requests and prospects, 3 years after the last contact; job applications, 2 years after the last contact; clients, the duration of the relationship then the legal periods (CNIL guidelines)
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to us at the address given above, specifying your request.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Security
