Our mission: to bring together architectural quality, build quality and affordability, for a main residence, a rental investment or tourist accommodation.
The story of the name
The A is a roof. The two I's are the pillars of the foundations.
AIIA is drawn before it is read: a roof that protects, pillars that hold. It is the house reduced to its essence, and that is what we build.
