Terms of sale

Article 1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of AIIA modular home models by ComOnkey, a société par actions simplifiée (SAS, simplified joint-stock company) with share capital of €50,000, and their delivery to the site specified by the client. AIIA has its models manufactured and delivers them to site; it is neither a builder nor an installer.

Article 2. Quote and order

Each sale is subject to a personalised quote, prepared within 48 working hours of the request. The order becomes firm when the client signs the quote and pays the deposit provided for in Article 4.

Article 3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros excluding VAT; VAT is added at the applicable rate. The starting prices shown on the website are for the standard finish, excluding land, utility connections, options, transport to be confirmed and installation. The firm price is the price in the signed quote.

Article 4. Payment

To be provided: payment schedule (deposit on order, balance before or on delivery), accepted payment methods, late payment penalties

Article 5. Manufacturing lead times

Workshop manufacturing generally takes 8 to 12 weeks. The exact lead time is stated in the quote.

Article 6. Delivery to site

AIIA handles the transport and delivery of the model to the client's land. The client guarantees access suitable for the convoy and lifting equipment, and the preparation of the land (foundations or slab, access, networks), which remains the client's responsibility. To be provided: conditions if access is impossible or delivery is postponed

Article 7. Acceptance

To be provided: acceptance procedure on delivery, acceptance report, time limit for recording reservations

Article 8. Installation and utility connections

Installation and utility connections are not included in the sale. They are carried out by the installer and the professionals chosen by the client. On request, AIIA can put the client in touch with installers.

Article 9. Guarantees

Each model benefits from the manufacturer's guarantees, passed on by AIIA: 10 years on the structure, 5 years on watertightness, 3 years on electrical and plumbing installations, and lifetime technical support. AIIA remains the client's point of contact for their implementation.

These guarantees are in addition to the legal guarantees: the legal guarantee of conformity for consumer clients (French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (French Civil Code).

To be validated by a lawyer: liability and insurance applicable to AIIA (ten-year liability (décennale) or manufacturer's civil liability)

Article 10. Right of withdrawal

To be validated by a lawyer: existence and terms of the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales to a consumer, and its exceptions for goods made to the consumer's specifications
