What is a AIIA modular home?

A home built in the workshop as modules, transported and then installed on its plot. AIIA offers 15 models, from 21 m² to 160 m², from the tiny house to the family home.

How much does a AIIA home cost?

Each model has a starting price for the standard finish: from €35,500* for Fold (21 m²) to €149,000* for Court (160 m²). The final price is set by quote, depending on the options and the siting.

What is the manufacturing lead time?

Building in the workshop generally takes 8 to 12 weeks. The exact lead time is stated in the quote, sent within 48 working hours.

Which guarantees are included?

10 years on the structure, 5 years on watertightness, 3 years on installations, and lifetime technical support.

Where do you deliver?

In France, in Europe and internationally. AIIA handles transport and delivery to your plot; installation is entrusted to the installer of your choice, and we can put you in touch with installers; site preparation and utility connections are part of the land project.
