Yes, within the options specific to each model, via the configurator. The structure, insulation and joinery remain fixed.
Tiny Houses
Can you live all year round in an AIIA tiny house?
Yes, thanks to the insulation and full equipment. Some models are better suited to occasional or rental use.
What floor area does a tiny house have?
Between 21 and 32 m², with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom across the whole collection.
What is the difference between a tiny house and a mobile home?
A tiny house has a fixed galvanised steel structure, built to standards close to traditional construction. A mobile home remains mobile and follows other standards, generally lighter ones.
Projects
What are the stages of a project?
Seven stages, from the first conversation to the handover of the keys. Water and electricity connections are made separately, with a local professional.
Our approachHow do I get a quote?
Through the configurator or by contacting us directly. Each quote is drawn up individually.
Can I visit a model before ordering?
Contact us to find out what is possible depending on your region and the models available.
Land
Do I need a building permit?
It depends on the floor area and on how long the home stays in place. A prior declaration or a building permit may be required; the town hall confirms which procedure applies.
Regulations and installationWhich orientation should I choose for my plot?
South favours winter light, east-west offers morning and evening light. The choice depends on the plot, the climate and the use, and is the subject of a personalised study.
Can a home be installed anywhere in France?
It depends on the local urban plan (PLU), access to the plot and the regulations. Our site study, carried out on request, checks these points.
Construction
What is the average manufacturing time?
It varies with the model and options, and is specified in the quote.
How are your homes manufactured?
Using an integrated method based on the digital building model (BIM), with a light steel structure prefabricated in the workshop. This process reduces lead times and construction waste.
How do delivery and installation work?
We deliver the home to your plot. Installation is carried out by the installer of your choice; we can put you in touch with installers. Utility connections are the responsibility of a local professional.
Materials
What materials are used for the structure?
High-strength galvanised steel, treated against corrosion, with rock wool insulation or equivalent.
Does the timber cladding need special maintenance?
Class 3 or 4 cladding needs little maintenance. It weathers naturally to grey, which is part of its character.
What glazing do your homes have?
Low-emissivity double glazing, which limits heat loss in winter and filters some of the sun in summer.
Investment
Can a home be profitable as a rental?
Profitability depends on the location, seasonality, costs and local regulations. The Invest page offers an indicative simulator.
